The contact form
If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, optional organisation and message you type. We use them to answer you and for nothing else — no marketing list, no profiling, no sale or sharing for advertising. The message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email provider, and kept there for as long as the conversation is useful to both of us.
Cookies
One cookie, named klavig-locale, and only if you pick a language using the switch. It stores nothing but that choice, so the site opens in the right language next time. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookie, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
Hosting and logs
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests and keeps short-lived operational logs including IP addresses, as any web host must. Your browser's language preference and approximate country are read from the request to choose which language to show you; neither is stored.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us using the contact form and we will action it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.
